Our endeavor commenced with meticulous site measurements and a deep dive into the client's requirements and preferences. Presenting them with three distinct concepts, we awaited their selection eagerly. Upon their choice, we delved into crafting the 3D model and meticulously selecting materials.

Given our location within a conservation area, meticulous structural engineering works and calculations were imperative before proceeding with applications to the letting management. Upon approval, we embarked on the council application process (specifically, with Southwark). Concurrently, we navigated the building regulation application while pursuing approval from the letting management. Once planning consent was granted, we presented the client with three contractor options, from which they made their selection.

The construction phase posed challenges, particularly regarding the absence of foundations in the party walls. With the structural engineer's guidance, we recalibrated and revised the drawings. Despite these hurdles, we take pride in the splendid final outcome. Grateful for our client's endorsement, we've garnered referrals and expanded our clientele base.
